I've been waiting a whole month for this company to explain why they’re trying to charge me $15 to ship 12 little nuts that could easily go for $2 in a first-class envelope, plus $30 (!!) for the nuts themselves. Each time I reach out, it takes a week to hear back. These folks are total incompetents. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!

The sales team guided me in selecting the right rack and accessories for my needs. Even though they couldn't sell me a different item I was after (a printer cart), they pointed me to a local sales agent who could. Super helpful, and it turned out to be cheaper than I expected. Plus, the pre-assembly is a real bonus—you can just roll it off the truck and right into your computer room.

These items turned out to be just what I was looking for. The rack parts are top-notch, sturdy, and reasonably priced.

Just a heads up for folks in Canada, it was sent via UPS and had some customs brokerage charges that tacked on an additional $53 to the total cost.

Checked out the nearby showroom in Dallas, TX. Had a personal chat with Laura. She presented me with various options that fit my requirements perfectly. I received part of my order on the same day, and the remainder was sent to me later.

I could've snagged my rack for a bit less from another place, but they totally ignored my email!!!! With Rackmount, I usually got a reply within an hour of reaching out. My customer rep even hooked me up with free shipping, and because of that, I think I ended up spending less than I would have with the other company. Rackmount really values their customers, treating them not just as clients but as friends!!!!
